This policy explains what information OptWeb LLC, doing business as OptWebPro ("OptWebPro," "we," "us"), collects — both through this website and through the client websites we build, host and manage on behalf of our customers — how it's used, who we share it with, and how you can request its removal.
LEGAL
Privacy Policy.
What OptWebPro collects on this site and on every client website we build, host and manage, how it's used, who we share it with, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated: 2026-07-14Contact form (this site)
When you submit the contact form on optwebpro.com we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your message
This information is stored securely in a private database and forwarded by email to OptWebPro so we can respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party beyond the email-delivery provider used to send that notification.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as they are needed to respond to your enquiry, typically no longer than 24 months. You may request deletion at any time; see "Contact & deletion" below.
Analytics (this site)
This site uses a lightweight, self-hosted analytics tracker. It records:
- Which page was viewed (the URL path, never query strings or fragment identifiers)
- Which call-to-action buttons were clicked (labelled generically, e.g. "Hero: request free build")
- A session identifier stored in
sessionStorage. This is erased automatically when you close the browser tab, is never written to a cookie, and never persists between visits
The tracker does not collect your name, email, IP address, or any personally identifiable information. It does not use cookies. It does not fingerprint your device. Because no persistent identifier is stored, we cannot recognise you on a return visit; each visit is counted independently.
Analytics data is stored in the same private database as contact-form submissions and is accessible only to OptWebPro. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
No third-party trackers
This site does not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking script. Web fonts are loaded from the Fontshare and Google Fonts CDNs; those providers may log the font request per their own privacy policies (Fontshare, Google).
Payments
If you become a customer, invoices and payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment pages and never touch our servers or database.
How we handle data on the websites we build for clients
When you become an OptWebPro customer, we build, host and manage your website's backend on your behalf — including your contact form, any booking or customer-lookup tools, and site analytics. To do that, we provision and administer a private database for your site, and OptWebPro has administrative access to it in order to operate, support and troubleshoot your site.
We don't use your customers' data
That access exists solely to run and support your own site. We do not use, sell, or share your customers' data — the leads, bookings, messages or records your site collects — for OptWebPro's own marketing, outreach, or any purpose beyond operating your site for you. It's yours; we just keep the lights on. If you ever leave, see the data-export commitment in our Terms of Service.
The kinds of service providers described below work the same way across every client site we host, not just optwebpro.com itself.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of established third-party providers to run your website and ours: secure database storage, website hosting and content delivery, the automatic emails your contact form sends, domain registration, and, where you've added it, business email on your own domain. Some features are powered by AI, described in "AI features" below.
Payments are the one provider we name directly, because it helps you: all invoices and card payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure pages and never reach our systems.
Every provider we work with is a reputable company bound by its own privacy and security terms, and we share with each only the information it needs to do its job. We don't sell or rent your information, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers. If you'd like to know exactly who sits behind a particular feature, just ask and we'll tell you.
AI features
Some of our own operations, and some client-facing features we offer, are powered by AI from a reputable third-party AI provider. AI-generated output isn't guaranteed to be accurate, complete or appropriate for every situation, and is reviewed by a person before it's relied on wherever practical. We don't use client or customer data to train third-party AI models.
Text messaging (SMS)
Where a client site offers SMS/text notifications, opting in is always separate from other communications, and we follow applicable consent requirements (TCPA) for any texting feature we build — including a clear way to opt out of future texts.
How we find prospective clients
We identify prospective clients from public business listings and may reach out by cold email to introduce OptWebPro. If you receive an email from us and would prefer not to, every email includes an unsubscribe link — once you use it, we won't contact you again.
Who this policy is for
OptWebPro is based in and operates for businesses in the United States. This policy, and our services, aren't designed around the EU's GDPR or similar frameworks outside the US. Our services aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Contact & deletion
To request deletion of any data we hold about you, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us at [email protected] or 225-719-6355.
We will respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
