Does it use cookies or need a consent banner?
No. Our tracker doesn't use cookies or fingerprinting, so there's nothing to disclose with a cookie banner. It's a lightweight, privacy-respecting tracker built for US small businesses.
Can anyone else see my dashboard?
No, it's private and login-protected, visible only to you and OptWebPro. Your data is never sold or shared.
Is the dashboard included in my plan or an add-on?
It's included with our Launch + Care plan and above. If you start on our flat-rate Launch tier, you can upgrade to Care at any time to add it.
Can I export my data?
Yes, just ask and we'll pull an export of your analytics and lead data for you.
